Shipping & Returns

Bazaar Gully Stamps ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


1. Shipping and Delivery Terms

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 – 5 working days including production and changes from you. Our working hours are 11 am – 6 pm Monday – Friday. While we try our best to process and send out all orders received on Saturdays/Sundays or a public holiday, it will only be shipped out on a working day post production.


You will get a tracking link in your inbox or phone number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.


 All delivery estimates are during working days and for serviceable areas. Kindly factor any kind of delays due to public holidays, Pandemic lockdowns, weekends and/or unserviceable areas of delivery for these shipping services.


Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.


2. Delivery Time

2.1 Transit Time Domestically

Domestic shipping takes about 2- 5 days for the product to be delivered across India and for remote or interior parts, about 4-7 days. Kindly note that delivery to remote locations of India that do not come within serviceable locations of our shippers may take about 5 – 10 working days on certain occasions.

2.2 Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on customs check during departure and arrival into your country.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. We are not responsible for custom duties if levied.


3. Cancellation, Return and Exchange

3.1 As all our products are made to order, we do not accept any cancellations, returns or exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing defect.. Before dispatch, we ensure we perform a strict QC on the product to ensure a good quality product. However, if you have received a damaged / broken product, please share images of the received products immediately on with details. Once we have confirmed the same, we will be happy to send you a replacement of the product.

3.2 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

3.3 Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
